This is dependent on the value of the security property being used but it is possible to use more than one property as security to raise a larger loan amount.

How long will it take to obtain funds?

This can be done in as little as 1-2 weeks on standard properties.

How long can I have a bridging loan for?

This can be for a period of between 1 to 12 months, so there is no requirement to be tied in for a period longer than necessary, therefore avoiding unnecessary interest costs. We can also arrange longer periods if required.

What rates can I expect to pay?

We can arrange the most competitive rates in the market.

Are there any early repayment charges?

Our bridging loans generally have no early repayment charges.

What if I cannot prove my income?

You can obtain a bridging loan with the fees and payments added. This removes the need to prove the loan is affordable by income.
